Densely Greened Contemporary Family Residence In Vietnam
A family with three young children needed an up-to-date residence where family life would revolve around the need for an open, inspiring cluster of modern spaces. Located in the Go Vap District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the private residence was completed this year and showcases the customized needs and wishes of this particular family. Vietnamese architecture studio MM++ Architects transposed a sense of calmness and respect in the refreshing layout of the House in Go Vap. Spread over 255 square meters of luscious interior spaces, this light-flooded crib welcomes nature inside through the extensive use of green details. The living zone, kitchen and dining space were designed to be part of a single open space, large enough to accommodate comfortable interactions between family members. Opening both to the outside garden and to an interior garden, this space is linked to the volume containing the children’s bedrooms on the ground floor and the master and guest suites upstairs. This layout and the extensive green space transform the house into an oasis of comfort and provide inhabitants with indirect natural light encouraging high-quality details to stand out.
